Final cleaning
The cost of final cleaning amounts to €50 and must be paid to the landlord simultaneously with the second payment of 50% of the rent.

Conditions
All quoted prices are in Euros, excluding flights and transfers to and from the airport. Flights have to be arranged by yourself. Please see below for the possibility of us arranging transfers from/to the airport for you.

Calculation: the week starts at the arrival day and ends on the day before departure. In case of renting an apartment in a period in which only weekly reservations can be made and this takes you into the next month, the cost per day will be calculated related to the mentioned weekly charge. Daily rates apply during the period in which derogations may be justified. The total amount of rent, which is referred to below, consists of the above calculated sum, plus any surcharge for the school holidays.

The rental costs are regardless of the number of persons. The maximum is 6 persons.

Contrary to many other landlords, we do NOT separately charge energy costs and/or costs for the use of linen.

Any cancellation insurance has to be arranged by yourself.

Transfers Antalya Airport
We can arrange transfers from and to the airport. Costs amount to €50 for the outward journey and €50 for the return trip for up to a maximum of 4 people. These costs need to be paid to the driver. Please send us name, date and flight number in advance. This has to be specified at the time of booking.

Deposit
The deposit amounts to €250. This deposit will be refunded within two weeks after the apartment is vacated, if no deficiencies are found.

Payment
Within 2 weeks after approval and confirmation of the reservation request by the landlord, 50% of the rental amount needs to be remitted to the bank account of the landlord. The remaining 50% of the rental amount, plus €250 for the deposit and the cost of the final cleaning of €50, has to be paid into the bank account of the landlord at least 6 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation
If cancelled up to 6 weeks before arrival, the minimum down payment (50%) remains due and if cancelled within 6 weeks of the arrival date the full rental amount (100%) will be due.

Additionally:
– Our apartments are “non-smoking apartments”. We trust that you will not smoke inside.
– Pets are not allowed.
– The apartments may be occupied by no more than six persons, regardless of age, without our express permission.
– Any possible damage must be reported immediately to the landlord or Side House Real Estate Immobilien. This office is located on the main road to the old centre of Side (telephone 0090 242 753 1038, mobile 0090 532 612 1076, info@sidehouse.com, Belediye Karsisi Side / Antalya).
– In case of unacceptable behaviour, the tenant will be asked by security to leave the apartment immediately, without any refund of rent.
– We do NOT rent out our apartments to (groups of) young people.
– “Energy savers” may not be removed from the access key to the apartment under any circumstances. If they are, then additional costs will be charged.
– In case of loss or theft of the Key and/or Energy Saver, a fee will be required of €50 to €75.
– Individual insurance is the responsibility of the tenant. Landlord cannot be held liable for any loss, theft or damage to property of the tenant during the stay in the apartment, the pool or the Arcadia complex.
– On the day of departure, after 10:00, the departing guest is obliged to give the cleaners the opportunity to clean the apartment, in time for the arrival of the next visitor.
– On the day of arrival, the apartments will be at your disposal no later than 16:00.
